Michael joined SPS in 2016 and is
globally responsible for BPO solutions, concepts and
strategic visions for banking organisations across all countries. This
especially includes strategic partnerships and advisory with regards to digital
transformation and end-to-end process optimisation using Artificial
Intelligence or Robotic Process Automation.
Michael has very strong banking expertise, especially in the areas of Operations, IT and Change Management, due to different Senior Management roles at Deutsche Bank and Xchanging before joining SPS.
